Wood is a natural product and no two pieces are a like.  Some pieces have heavier knotting than others. Some small cracks may exist inside the knots as part of the natural characteristics. 

Custom and personalized signs are non-returnable, however if any reason you are not happy, I am more than willing to resolve any issue.
